I was looking for:- An everyday bag that could also be used for travel- A North-South bag that could be worn like a purse but also as a crossbody- A bag in a neutral colorI bought a N-S bag for a beach trip last summer, and I adore it. I love that I can swap it from shoulder to crossbody, and I found that I prefer being able to quickly insert and remove my phone vertically. It’s so easy, and I do it frequently. The problem with that bag is that it is pink checkerboard and doesn’t go with everything. I searched for a long time for a similar bag in a neutral color and FINALLY found this one!!! I could not be happier with it.I just returned from a trip where I brought other purses…and I ended up not using any of them because I love this one so much. You can wear it sightseeing during the day or with dressier clothes at night. I put my phone and AirPods in the front pouch and all of my other stuff in the main pouch. You can fit a surprisingly large quantity of things in this. I have my wallet, keys, a pack of wipes, lip gloss, tissues, sunglasses, mints, and a portable charger in here…and I could probably fit one or two more things. Because it’s so flexible, it can expand (reasonably) to fit your contents. There is also a back snap pocket that I haven’t used yet. I always felt like my items were secure and protected, and it never felt jammed or hard to get to anything.The zippers are smooth and quiet! (And strong) Some of the bags that I tried in my quest to find this one had metal zippers or pulls that made noise when you walk. Big no.I wish this bag came in more colors. I would buy them all!!!!
